Providing the clubs members/subscribers with BBVA services.
Since MailTecK, we have successfully developed and managed a joint multichannel communication campaign between BBVA, LFP and most of the clubs in the BBVA League and Adelante League.
This highly complex project required not only the coordination from MailTecK of all the parties involved (BBVA, LFP, Agency and 31 participating clubs) but also:
- Integration of the 31 clubs in CommsWay.
- Processing of 62 different data models.
- Creation and management of emailing and printing templates depending on the club, sponsor and specifics required by the clubs.
- Direct coordination with the agency (without BBVA intermediation)
In addition, we used technological cloud tools that allowed us to manage all the tasks and milestones of each of the 31 campaigns in a collaborative and centralized way in MTK, with the different interlocutors.
