Our customer needs to send a communication of high value and perceived quality to their new customer through the regular mail. We will reduce the postage costs by sending the loyalty card terms and conditions via certified email, in order to obtain legal proof of delivery.
The emails are scheduled to reach the recipient twelve days after delivery by mail of physical Welcome Pack. An email validation service is developed every day and consolidated statistics of deliveries and rejections (from LDA CRM) are subsequently managed. The files received are consolidated and exploited weekly resulting in two files: one for the regular mail shipments (with and without general terms and conditions) and the other for emails.
