MailShop implementation for the centralized management of communication requests.

Description:

Centralization of the generating communications process, providing users with a tool that allows them to design, generate and send printed marketing communications in a user-friendly and intuitive way.

Eliminates the need to make requests to other departments (technical, creative), to go through processes extraction, approval and validation of tests, all in a controlled way and maintaining the brand image.

The outsourcing of the service allows reducing internal resources in such tasks as storage, management and stock control (letter templates, envelopes), design, printing, handling, enveloping and handover to the mail service operator.
