Description:

Reale needs to send Tyco’s customers an e-mail or a printed letter, with information about the agreement reached by both companies. They are notified that, just because they are Tyco customers, they become holders of the Reale Alarma Protected insurance policy, an accident insurance that includes, among their coverages, the protection of service fee payments contracted with Tyco.

We offer a multichannel communication service based on the database segmentatio, so that if we do not have the customer’s email address or the shipment has been rejected, bounced or blocked, a mail communication is sent to you.

Once the campaign is finished, consolidated statistics are generated by segment: email/printing, deliverability, exposures, Robinson, rebates, and returns, which will allow the analysis of the results.
