A regular mail communication with different options for contact with Ipar Kutxa is sent. On the one hand, through the QR the client accesses a personalized URL (PURL), which allows them to directly contact their assigned personal advisor. On the other hand, you can also access the address of the office closest to your address. If the customer does not contact for any of the options presented, he will be sent an insistent email with access to his PURL.
Once the customer had accessed the PURL and completed the appointment form, both the advisor and the customer receives confirmation emails, and the customer also receives a reminder SMS.
