Objective:

To send emails with attached PDFs that contain the policy premium update information for the following year and get mail tracking traceability (SENT event).

Description:

In the process of communicating premium value updates for 2014, Sanitas opted to introduce a new shipping channel: the certified email.

Santas sought to have a mechanism that would allow them to demonstrate reliably that the information on premium updating had been properly delivered to the recipients’ email in order to be able to use that information in litigation for nonpayment of insured persons who stated that they had not received the information.
